IntroductionisoTracker software is licensed with a built-in free standard support commitment. This allows us to solve queries with the minimum of fuss and ensures the smooth running of your application. As a hosted application controlled and managed by us we can ensure that software updates are made in a timely fashion and that all our customers are simultaneously always operating the latest version of isoTracker. Our team of development engineers is dedicated to providing excellent back-up for all our customers.
They are also responsible for the day-to-day management of all our hosted servers whether they are for our customers or for our own internal systems. This leads to a clear understanding of the environment under which you access isoTracker and therefore ensures that your support requests are handled efficiently and knowledgeably. They will be responsible for building and regularly updating an on-line support site with the latest queries as they occur.
Standard Support Commitment
- Access to a library of articles, user guides and FAQ's, which is constantly being updated by us.
- E-mail support is available with support requests being replied to within 24 hours, if not earlier.
- Our standard commitment offers product support via E-mail between the hours of 9.30am and 5.00pm standard UK time, Monday through Friday except for official holidays.
- Installation of software upgrades immediately when they become available to all our customers simultaneously so that you always have access to the latest version of isoTracker.
TrainingWe currently offer easy to understand user manuals and our training support will be expanded to include on-line training courses for each of the isoTracker functions. Our objective is to ensure that you have a pain free implementation of isoTracker and that you maximise the benefits and ROI that accrue from it.
