To maximise the effectiveness of our product, we offer a combination of User Manuals and on-line flash Tutorials. Each manual and tutorial has been broken down into the key elements of isoTracker so that users do not have to spend time either searching through a lengthy manual or fast forwarding through a long video to learn how to operate one of the specific functionalities within isoTracker.
A key advantage of our on-line flash Tutorials is that they can be re-used over and over again as you need to remind yourself how a particular function within isoTracker operates. This is particularly useful for occasional users of isoTracker who can take up too much of an administrator’s time as they re-familiarise themselves.
Another advantage of our on-line flash Tutorials is that they are free.
What are the objectives
The objective is to give you an introduction to the functionalities available within each of the isoTracker elements and to act as an on-going support assistance. At the end of each course, you will have a complete working knowledge of that specific element within isoTracker. The manuals and the courses each describe a number of real life scenarios and are therefore entirely practical and are immediately applicable.

To access the Manuals and Tutorials login to your dedicated isoTracker account and then click on the Help icon at the top right of the screen.
